Automatic Stainless Steel Milk Aseptic Storage Tank
Our automatic stainless steel milk aseptic storage tank is specially designed for sterile buffer storage of UHT milk, pasteurized milk, fermented milk, cream and other dairy products in dairy production lines. It is arranged between UHT sterilizer and filling machine to store sterilized dairy liquid in a fully sealed aseptic environment, effectively isolate external air, prevent secondary bacterial contamination and oxidation damage, fully retain the natural flavor, nutrition and shelf stability of milk products.
The inner tank adopts food-grade SS316L stainless steel with mirror polishing (Ra ≤0.8μm), no sanitary dead corners and no material residue; the outer shell is SS304 stainless steel equipped with thick polyurethane thermal insulation layer to realize long-term constant temperature storage and reduce energy consumption. The tank is equipped with sterile breather valve, CIP cleaning interface, SIP sterilization port, high-precision level & temperature sensors, sanitary manhole and sampling port. The whole equipment supports automatic CIP on-site cleaning and SIP in-place sterilization, and realizes centralized parameter monitoring and automatic operation via PLC+HMI touch screen control system.
Optional low-speed sanitary agitator can effectively avoid fat floating, stratification and precipitation of milk and mixed dairy materials. All pipeline connections adopt sanitary quick-clamp fittings for easy disassembly, inspection and maintenance. The tank volume can be customized in multiple specifications, compatible with small dairy workshops and large industrial dairy factories, perfectly matched with upstream sterilization equipment and downstream filling equipment, fully compliant with CE, FDA and GMP international food safety standards.
