Product Description
Aseptic tank for milk juice processing and storage
Our aseptic tank is specially designed for processing, sterilized intermediate product storage and buffer holding of milk, dairy products, fruit juice, berry pulp and other liquid food. It is widely applied in beverage, dairy and food processing lines for temporary storage after UHT sterilization before filling, maintaining product sanitary condition and preventing secondary contamination.
Made of high‑quality food‑grade SS316L stainless steel for inner tank and SS304 for outer shell, the tank features full sanitary welding and smooth inner surface without dead corners. It comes with thermal insulation layer, which keeps constant temperature for sterile liquid inside and avoids temperature fluctuation. Equipped with sterile air vent, CIP cleaning port, SIP sterilization interface, level sensor, temperature sensor and sanitary manhole, it supports online cleaning and in‑place sterilization to guarantee full aseptic status inside the tank.
Optional agitator ensures uniform consistency and avoids sedimentation for pulp‑containing juice and dairy liquid. All connections adopt sanitary clamp fittings for quick disassembly. This aseptic storage tank can work independently or connect seamlessly with UHT sterilizer and filling machine. Different volumes are available for small‑batch workshop and large industrial production. It fully meets international food hygiene and CE requirements, an essential unit for high‑quality milk and juice production.
