Automatic Ultra-High Temperature Instant Sterilizer Machine
Designed for continuous industrial sterilization of liquid food, this UHT machine executes ultra‑high temperature short‑time treatment inside fully sealed sanitary pipelines. Raw materials are rapidly heated to sterilization temperature, held for precise time, then instantly cooled. Heat‑resistant spores and harmful microorganisms are thoroughly eliminated, allowing finished goods for long‑term ambient storage. The short thermal exposure helps retain natural flavour and nutritional components of milk, beverage and other liquid raw materials.
Constructed with food‑grade SS316L stainless steel for all material‑contact surfaces, the main frame is SS304 stainless steel. Both plate and tubular heat exchanger versions are available to suit diverse production needs. Heat recovery structure is integrated to reuse thermal energy from treated output, lowering steam and cooling‑water consumption during long‑hour operation. All pipelines adopt sanitary clamp connection with zero sanitary dead zones. The machine supports CIP in‑place cleaning and SIP steam sterilization, fully complying with CE and GMP requirements for food production workshops.
For clean low‑viscosity products such as milk and clear drinks, plate heat exchanger delivers high heat transfer efficiency with compact footprint. Tubular heat exchanger is preferred for pulpy or medium‑viscosity materials which are easy to cause blockage.
