Stainless steel scanitary single seat double sealed anti‑mixing valve is a high‑hygiene process valve used to prevent cross‑contamination and medium mixing in sanitary production systems. Featuring a single‑seat double‑sealed isolation structure, an intermediate leakage cavity is formed between two independent seals. Even if one seal fails, the second seal can effectively isolate different media and avoid mixing risks. Made of high‑quality stainless steel with dead‑zone‑free flow channel design, it supports CIP online cleaning and SIP steam sterilization. It can be equipped with pneumatic actuator for automatic on‑off control, widely used in food, beverage, dairy, brewery and pharmaceutical production pipelines.
