Stainless Steel Ultra-High Temperature Instant Sterilizer Machine
Adopt mature UHT ultra-high temperature short-time sterilization technology, complete rapid heating, constant temperature holding and instant cooling for liquid materials in one closed flow path. Efficiently kill spores, bacteria, yeast and mould, greatly extend shelf life of finished products while locking original flavor, nutrients and color of milk, juice, tea drinks and other materials.
Build & Sanitary Design
All material contact parts adopt food-grade SS316L stainless steel, frame with SS304 material. Optional plate/tubular high-efficiency heat exchanger, built-in heat recovery preheating system to cut steam and cooling water consumption. Full sanitary clamp pipeline layout, no sanitary dead corners, support whole machine CIP on-site cleaning & SIP steam sterilization, match GMP & CE food industry standards.
Intelligent Control & Safety Protection
Dual control options: semi-automatic panel control / PLC+HMI full automatic intelligent control. Sterilization temperature, holding time, production flow adjustable on screen; real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, flow parameters. Automatic diversion and reprocessing for unqualified materials with insufficient sterilization temperature, plus abnormal fault alarm function to guarantee finished product qualification rate.
