Industrial Stainless Steel Dairy Milk Processing Machinery Cooling Storage Tank
Milk quality heavily relies on precise temperature management throughout dairy processing. Immediately after milk reception or thermal treatment, milk must be transferred into low‑temperature environments to retain flavour and nutritional properties. As key auxiliary equipment within complete dairy processing lines, this cooling storage tank works in coordination with external refrigeration units to realise continuous cold holding for dairy liquid before fermentation, blending and filling operations.
Every component touching milk adopts food‑grade SS316L stainless steel with mirror‑polished finish. The smooth inner surface minimises milk residue build‑up and delivers excellent clean‑ability for repeated production cycles. The outer housing is constructed from SS304 stainless steel. High‑density polyurethane foam fills the interlayer between inner and outer tank, slowing cold dissipation and preventing temperature drift during long‑term static storage.
Multi‑point temperature monitoring tracks internal conditions in real‑time. Operators can opt for basic local display or automated interlock with chillers. Standard configurations cover sterile breather assembly, level transmitter, sanitary manhole and sampling port. Full CIP circulation cleaning and SIP in‑place steam sterilisation are supported. All pipe connections utilise sanitary clamp fittings, simplifying on‑site assembly, routine inspection and part replacement. The equipment meets CE and GMP food‑grade standards and can be integrated with pasteurisers, homogenisers and filling equipment for full‑stream dairy production.
