This storage tank is built to withstand heavy‑duty continuous operation in complex factory environments, delivering reliable holding performance for raw milk, pasteurized milk and different processed dairy fluids. It combines robust industrial construction with full food‑grade sanitary properties, satisfying both long‑shift factory operation and strict food‑safety regulations.
All product‑contact surfaces are constructed from premium SS316L food‑grade stainless steel with high‑precision mirror polishing. Seamless smooth inner walls reduce material adhesion and inhibit bacterial growth, supporting repeated multi‑batch production cycles. The outer shell uses SS304 stainless steel to improve overall structural rigidity, offering good corrosion‑resistance for chemical‑related industrial workshops. Polyurethane foam insulation is integrated into the interlayer, stabilizing internal temperature and cutting energy consumption during long‑duration storage.
Fitted with level and temperature monitoring components, the tank enables real‑time status tracking. Reserved interfaces support CIP automatic cleaning and SIP in‑place sterilization to match standardized dairy hygiene workflows. A sterile breather assembly balances internal‑external pressure while preventing external contamination. Sanitary clamp connections are adopted for all pipework, simplifying installation, inspection and routine maintenance. It is well‑suited for large‑scale dairy plants and multi‑purpose sanitary liquid storage scenarios.
