Automatic Stainless Steel CIP Cleaning Station for Beverage
Modern beverage production demands high‑level hygienic standards to avoid residue buildup and cross‑contamination. This automatic stainless steel CIP cleaning station implements full‑process automatic cleaning‑in‑place for production equipment. Without dismantling tanks, blending vessels, pipelines and filling machines, it completes rinsing, acid washing, alkaline washing and hot‑water sterilization automatically, delivering stable cleaning results for beverage manufacturing lines.
The whole unit is constructed of food‑grade stainless steel. Multiple insulated independent tanks separately store acid detergent, alkaline detergent, hot water and recovered cleaning liquid. The insulation layer keeps cleaning solution temperature stable during circulating cleaning and reduces heat loss. High‑precision sensors continuously monitor liquid level, temperature and chemical concentration.
Powered by PLC‑HMI automatic control system, it supports saving multiple cleaning recipes for juice, tea drinks, carbonated drinks and plant‑based beverages. Operators select target recipe and start with one click. The system automatically runs liquid feeding, heating, dosing, circulation, solution recovery and draining procedures. Sanitary heavy‑duty circulation pumps ensure stable flow and pressure. All valves and pipe fittings adopt sanitary clamp connections to eliminate sanitary dead corners. Fault alarm will trigger when parameters go abnormal. This station meets CE and GMP requirements for food and beverage industry.
