This heavy‑duty CIP station is engineered for industrial‑grade heavy cycle cleaning, supporting both manual and automatic operating modes. It carries out complete in‑place cleaning for tanks, fermenters, pipelines and filling units without disassembly, effectively removing sugar residues, organic sediments and biofilm for stable batch‑to‑batch product quality.
Wetted parts are built with premium food‑grade stainless steel. Multiple insulated independent tanks separate alkaline solution, acid solution, hot water and recovered cleaning liquid. The thermal insulation structure stabilizes solution temperature even under long‑time circulating cleaning and reduces energy consumption. Heavy‑duty sanitary circulation pumps deliver stable flow and pressure to meet high‑volume line cleaning demands.
Manual version allows operators to set temperature, time and flow via local control panel for flexible on‑site adjustment. The automatic model adopts PLC‑HMI control system, supporting multi‑group cleaning recipe storage. It automatically completes liquid feeding, heating, dosing, circulation and solution recovery. Sensors track liquid level, temperature and chemical concentration in real‑time with fault‑alarm function. All valves and pipework adopt sanitary clamp connections to eliminate dead‑leg zones. The equipment complies with CE and GMP standards for beverage manufacturing.
