Our industrial membrane filtration ultrafiltration purifier is a complete skid‑mounted water treatment equipment adopting advanced ultrafiltration membrane separation technology. It efficiently removes suspended solids, colloids, silt, bacteria, viruses and macromolecular impurities from raw water without heavy chemical addition.
Built with high‑performance PVDF hollow‑fiber membrane elements, this ultrafiltration purifier features good anti‑fouling performance and stable filtering performance. The system supports automatic backwashing and CIP chemical cleaning to reduce membrane blockage and prolong membrane service life. Equipped with PLC control and touch‑screen operation, it realizes automatic running, real‑time status monitoring and simple operation, greatly saving labor costs.
Modular integrated design saves floor space and facilitates installation, debugging and later expansion. Customized water output capacity is available to meet different production requirements. Widely used for raw water purification, process water preparation, water recycling and intermediate water reuse across multiple industries, to obtain stable and qualified water quality for production.
