Industry Membrane Filtration Equipment for Drink Decolorization
Our industrial membrane filtration equipment is specially developed for drink decolorization, clarification and impurity removal in beverage processing industry. Adopting advanced membrane separation technology, it achieves physical decolorization and purification under low‑temperature working condition, without excessive activated carbon or chemical additives.
This food‑grade membrane system effectively removes pigment, macromolecular impurities, colloids, suspended substances and turbid substances from raw drink liquid. It retains original aroma, flavor and active nutritional components of drinks, avoiding damage to product quality caused by high‑temperature treatment.
The whole set is designed with sanitary standards, no dead‑angle structure. Equipped with PLC automatic control, touch screen operation and CIP on‑site cleaning function, it supports continuous stable production. Modular skid‑mounted structure occupies small space, easy for installation and maintenance. Customized processing capacity is available from pilot test to large‑volume industrial production. It is widely used for fruit juice, wine, plant beverage, syrup and other liquid decolorization & clarification processing.
