Automatic Stainless Steel Aseptic Storage Tank for Water Milk
Liquid processing lines for water and milk require reliable automatic aseptic holding to sustain stable continuous production. This automated storage equipment maintains ideal temperature and sterile conditions for processed water‑based liquid and dairy feed liquid, ensuring consistent material quality for subsequent filling and processing procedures.
This is our Automatic Stainless Steel Aseptic Storage Tank for Water Milk. All wetted components are constructed from food‑grade SS316L stainless steel with mirror‑polished surface, preventing material accumulation and complying with strict food‑safety requirements. The SS304 outer shell together with high‑density polyurethane insulation layer delivers excellent thermal performance and reduces energy consumption during long‑time running.
Equipped with high‑precision level and temperature sensors, the tank adopts PLC‑HMI intelligent control to realize automatic feeding, discharging, status monitoring and fault alarm functions. It supports complete automatic CIP cleaning and SIP in‑place sterilization workflows. The sterile breather valve isolates outside airborne contaminants to avoid secondary contamination of stored liquid. Sanitary clamp connections are adopted for all pipe joints, facilitating routine inspection, disassembly and maintenance. It can operate independently or connect with water treatment systems, sterilizers and filling machines to build a full automatic production line, fully meeting CE, GMP and FDA standards for beverage and dairy industries.
