UF Membrane Ultrafiltration Filtration Equipment for Industrial Waste
Our UF membrane ultrafiltration equipment is a high‑efficiency membrane separation system specially developed for industrial waste water treatment and water recycling. Adopting high‑performance PVDF hollow‑fiber ultrafiltration membrane modules, it effectively intercepts suspended solids, colloids, fine particles, bacteria and macromolecular organic pollutants from industrial wastewater under low‑pressure operation.
The system realizes physical filtration without adding plenty of chemical agents. The effluent reaches qualified standard for discharge or on‑site reuse, also widely used as pre‑treatment for reverse osmosis RO system. Equipped with PLC automatic control, automatic back‑wash and CIP cleaning function, the equipment supports stable 24‑hour continuous running, effectively reduces membrane fouling and extends membrane service life.
Modular skid‑mounted structure design saves installation space. We support custom‑made treatment capacity from small pilot skid to large‑scale industrial project. It is widely used for chemical, textile, printing‑dyeing, electroplating, food processing, pharmaceutical and other industrial waste water purification, helping enterprises reduce wastewater discharge and cut fresh‑water consumption to achieve environmental‑friendly production.
