UF Membrane Filtration Purified Water Equipment
UF Membrane Filtration Purified Water Equipment adopts ultrafiltration membrane separation technology to realize physical purification of raw water. Without adding chemical agents, it effectively intercepts suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, viruses, macromolecular organic matter and sediments. It is widely used to produce purified water for beverage, dairy, food and pharmaceutical production lines.
The whole system adopts sanitary stainless‑steel skid‑mounted structure. Wetted parts are SS316L stainless steel, frame is SS304. High‑performance UF membrane elements deliver stable filtration performance. Equipped with pre‑treatment filter, pressure transmitter, flow meter and online monitoring sensors. The system supports automatic backwashing and CIP chemical cleaning to reduce membrane fouling and extend membrane service life.
Available in semi‑automatic and PLC‑HMI fully‑automatic control modes. Automatic flow, pressure and cleaning cycle control; abnormal pressure and flow trigger alarm reminders. All sanitary clamp connections eliminate dead corners and prevent secondary pollution. The equipment meets CE and GMP requirements for food‑grade process water preparation.
